  5. Student support, including any external support the CEC has arranged for students
  6. Flexible learning and assessment procedures

  8. Appeals and complaints procedures
  9. Disciplinary procedures
  10. Staff responsibilities for access and equity as provided for in CEC’s code of practice
  11. Living in Clark Special Economic Zone (CSEZ)
