Student Support Services provided by the Student Support Officers will help you resolve problems that may affect your successful completion of your training program. All students have access to student support services to make your time at Clark Educational City enjoyable.

Airport Pick Up and Transfer

At CEC we arrange personal airport meeting services for students arriving at the Clark International Airport, Manila International Airport. You will be collected and taken to campus.

Academic and Welfare Counselling

Trained Counsellors who are available to help students with academic or personal problems associated with being an international student, such as homesickness, culture adaption and stress. Counsellors provide free confidential advice and introduce students to support group’s assisting in long-term support.

Orientation Program

Upon arrival you will be required to attend a compulsory orientation program introducing CEC, its courses, accommodation, amenities, facilities, policies and procedure. During your orientation students will be introduced and provided with a student handbook and advised of your study requirements.

Course Assessment

Students are assessed throughout the course on their skills and knowledge by a variety of written and practical assessments.

Dress Code

High standards of personal hygiene and presentation are required at all times. There is a standard shirt uniform for all students. Industry specific training uniforms are supplied for practical course activities. If your course includes Hotel Management/Commercial Cookery it is recommended you bring a pair of black dress shoes. If your course includes Industrial selections it is recommended you bring a pair of safety shoes.

Student Requirements

Fees paid include all training and course materials. Students are required to provide their own consumables.  These may also be purchased on campus at CEC's Convenience Store.

Health Insurance

All Clark students are required to purchase medical insurance for the duration of their course.
